We are also starting to see some type of Aquamarine. I will find out the name. Also, the orange Tango is getting alot of play for us as well.

We always look at the Pantone colors for the year. Looks like Tangerine Tango - an orange color - and Solar Power - a yellow color - are the big ones for spring.

The Knot has some interesting trends. I like this one

Enchanting Flowers: The magical settings of these Snow White-inspired movies and even much-anticipated fantasy film The Hobbit will have an effect on wedding décor, with brides opting for a woodsy vibe. Think: soft, decadent bouquets filled with flowers like cabbage roses, peonies and dinner plate dahlias.

We see two themes emerging this year... Deep jewel tones, such as royal purple, navy, and chocolate brown paired with bright, bold, and saturated tones. Colors like watermelon, apricot twist, and kiwi kiss add the pop to balance the visual impact of the main colors. Pair colors that don’t necessarily ‘go’ together. Think dark and light colors such as watermelon and navy or turquoise and lapis for an interesting pop. Multiple colors of bridesmaid’s dresses, various textures and patterns, chunky candle holders, submergible led lights, belles of ireland, cosmos, and feathers will add the extra pizazz to this color scheme wedding.

For the more 2012 “sophisticated and elegant feel”… think romantic or victorian colors that are dusty and old-fashioned. Cypress, light tangerine, pale aqua, mauve and antique gold fit the bill. These colors can be paired with accent colors of slate, chestnut, copper, and beige. The ivory and eggshell colors, romantic lace, vintage vases, ruffles, tuling, candles, antique broaches, and large garden roses and peonies will complement the color trend.
