Managing an Existing Floranext Site
- How do I check orders I have received?

  - Can I personlize the Floranext site with my logo and other information?

When we set up your site we will add your existing logo to the site. If you don't have a logo we can design one for you for a minimal fee. We will also update the site with your phone number, address, and a map to your location.

- Will I need to repalce my current computer system?

You don't need to change any computer system to use Floranext. You will receive orders online and then manually transfer these to your Dove, Mercury or similar system. To receive orders all you need is an email address.

- How do I send outgoing FTD/Teleflora orders?

You will send our orders to fulfilling florists in the same way that you always do. You will receive the customer order by email or your web control panel. You will need to print out the order and manually input the order into your Dove, Mercury or similar system.

- How quickly can I set up a store?

You can have a new Floranext site up in a week. The time frame will depend on whether you have an existing website or not, but typically a new website can be up and ready for your customers in under seven days.

- Who will host the website?

We take care of hosting for you - it is included in the monthly fee for the Floranext service. If you already have hosting with another provider, you will need to switch hosting to Floranext. You will always remain the owner of your domain name and there is no danger of losing your website name if you decide to switch to another provider.

- What if I already have a website? How can I switch?

Switching to Floranext is easy. In most cases the switch is only a matter of days, but this will depend on the speed with which your current provider gives you back ownership of your domain name. Please contact us for more details on this process.

- What if I don't have a website - how do I get started?

We can help you pick out a domain name that is suitable for you, free of charge. A good domain name is key to search engine placement. Alternatively, you can purchase a domain name at a hosting provider like GoDaddy.

- How do I check orders I have received?

Checking orders is easy. You will receive an email every time you receive a new order. Then you log onto your secure, password-protected website control panel to view the order details, delivery address, and other information.
